Common Fox TV faults
Black screen, normal sound
The fault we see most on Fox TVs: sound and channels work, but there's no picture. That's the LED backlight strips — we replace the full set and the panel stays the same.
Won't turn on after a power cut
If the TV stopped working after a storm or a power cut, we check the power board first. Where possible we repair it by replacing the damaged components.
Software stuck after an update
A TV that sits on the logo or reboots in a loop after an update usually has a software problem on the main board. We reload the software, and if the memory is damaged, we replace the board.
No internet or no channels
When a smart Fox can't see the Wi-Fi network or loses its channels, we first check the settings, the aerial input and the network module. A reset with a new channel scan is often enough.
Where to find the Fox model number
The model number of a Fox TV is on the label on the back, together with the serial number. The first two digits usually give the screen size in inches (32, 43, 50…), and the letters and numbers after them the series. On smart models you can also find it in the menu, under system information.

Is a Fox TV worth repairing?
For faults like LED strips, the power board or software it usually is, since the repair costs much less than a new TV. If the panel is broken, or it's a smaller TV and the repair is expensive, we'll tell you openly after diagnostics.
What should I send before bringing in my Fox TV?
Send us the model number from the label, a short description of the fault and, if you can, a photo of the screen. That way we see straight away what we're dealing with and check whether we have the parts.
How long does a TV repair take?
Most faults are fixed within 1 to 3 working days. When a part has to be ordered from outside Serbia (e.g. a screen, mainboard or LED strips for less common models), the repair can take 5 to 15 days — in that case we offer you a loan TV to use until the repair is finished.
Do you give a warranty on repairs?
Yes, every repair comes with a warranty of at least 12 months, covering both the installed part and the labour.
Do you make home visits?
Yes! A call-out within Belgrade (up to a 10 km radius) costs 2,500 RSD; fault diagnostics are not included in this price. Only minor work can be done on site (resetting the device, software updates, setting it up...).
How much does diagnostics cost?
Diagnostics are free if you go ahead with the repair. If you decide against the repair, diagnostics cost 1,500 RSD, paid in advance when you drop off the device. If you decline the repair, you don't have to collect the device — if you wish, we can send it for free recycling.
