Hisense TV repair
Hisense sells models in every price bracket and has found its way into more and more homes in recent years, so it's turning up for repair more often too. We fix standard LED models, the ULED (quantum dot and Mini LED) ranges and Hisense OLED, most of them running VIDAA. On more affordable models faults are mostly in the backlight, power supply and main board — parts that can usually be replaced.

Common Hisense TV faults
Picture gone, sound still there
The backlight is the most common failure on LED TVs in this class. If you can make out the picture under a torch, the screen is fine and the LED strips are replaced — always as a full set.
No response to the remote, red light on
The TV stays in standby and won't turn on. We check the power supply and main board; on some models the cause is corrupted software, so the board is reprogrammed rather than replaced.
VIDAA: apps, Wi-Fi, frozen menu
Apps that won't load, a TV that can't see Wi-Fi or a menu that freezes are usually fixed by updating and resetting VIDAA. If the Wi-Fi module itself is faulty, we replace it on its own.
Blotches, bright spots or uneven picture
Bright spots and patches on LED and ULED models often come from lenses that have fallen off the LEDs or a damaged diffuser behind the screen. This is fixed once the TV is opened up, without replacing the panel.
Where to find the Hisense model number
The model number is on the label at the back, and in the menu you'll find it in the settings, under system information. Example: 55A6K — 55 is the screen size in inches, A6 is the series (U means ULED, while A8 and A9 are OLED models) and the letter K stands for 2023 (H is 2022, N is 2024).
FAQ — Hisense service
Is a Hisense TV worth repairing?
It depends on the fault and the screen size. Replacing LED strips or the power supply is usually worthwhile even on more affordable models; if the panel is damaged, the repair often isn't worth it and we'll tell you straight away. See the indicative price in the calculator above.
Do you repair Hisense ULED and Mini LED TVs?
Yes. ULED and Mini LED models have a more complex multi-zone backlight, so the exact model number matters for sourcing parts. Type it into the search at the top of the page or send it to us.
How long does a TV repair take?
Most faults are fixed within 1 to 3 working days. When a part has to be ordered from outside Serbia (e.g. a screen, mainboard or LED strips for less common models), the repair can take 5 to 15 days — in that case we offer you a loan TV to use until the repair is finished.
Do you give a warranty on repairs?
Yes, every repair comes with a warranty of at least 12 months, covering both the installed part and the labour.
Do you make home visits?
Yes! A call-out within Belgrade (up to a 10 km radius) costs 2,500 RSD; fault diagnostics are not included in this price. Only minor work can be done on site (resetting the device, software updates, setting it up...).
How much does diagnostics cost?
Diagnostics are free if you go ahead with the repair. If you decide against the repair, diagnostics cost 1,500 RSD, paid in advance when you drop off the device. If you decline the repair, you don't have to collect the device — if you wish, we can send it for free recycling.
