Toshiba TV repair
For years Toshiba TVs for the European market have been made under licence by Vestel in Turkey, so newer models share many parts and much of their software with other TVs from the same factory. We repair these models — with Android TV or Vestel's smart system — as well as older Toshiba sets.

Common Toshiba TV faults
Keeps rebooting or stays on the logo
A Toshiba that loops at start-up or never gets past the start screen usually has corrupted software or a failing memory chip on the main board. Reloading the software helps in many cases, so we only replace the board when it's really needed.
Picture vanishes after a few seconds
The picture appears and then goes dark while the sound carries on. That's a typical sign the LED strips or their power supply aren't working properly. We check the strips and the driver on the board, then replace whatever has failed.
Vertical lines or half the screen blank
Coloured lines, one half of the screen dark or a striped picture point to the T-con board, the cables or the panel. After diagnostics we'll tell you exactly what it is and whether the repair is worth it.
Remote doesn't work or works on and off
When the TV ignores the remote, the fault can be in the remote itself, the receiver in the TV or the button board. We check all three and, if needed, get a matching remote for your model.
Where to find the Toshiba model number
The label with the model number is on the back of the TV, and on smart models it's also shown in the system information menu. Example: 43UA… — 43 is the screen size in inches and UA is the series; codes with UK, UL, QA or LF after the size read the same way.
FAQ — Toshiba service
Are spare parts available for Toshiba TVs?
Yes. Because newer European Toshiba models come out of Vestel's production, many parts such as power boards, LED strips and main boards are available. We need the model number to find the exact part, so send it to us or type it into the search at the top of the page.
My Toshiba Android TV won't play Netflix or YouTube — what should I do?
First try clearing the app's cache and updating the TV's software. If the problem stays, bring the TV in — we'll check the software, Wi-Fi module and main board and tell you what needs doing before any repair.
How long does a TV repair take?
Most faults are fixed within 1 to 3 working days. When a part has to be ordered from outside Serbia (e.g. a screen, mainboard or LED strips for less common models), the repair can take 5 to 15 days — in that case we offer you a loan TV to use until the repair is finished.
Do you give a warranty on repairs?
Yes, every repair comes with a warranty of at least 12 months, covering both the installed part and the labour.
Do you make home visits?
Yes! A call-out within Belgrade (up to a 10 km radius) costs 2,500 RSD; fault diagnostics are not included in this price. Only minor work can be done on site (resetting the device, software updates, setting it up...).
How much does diagnostics cost?
Diagnostics are free if you go ahead with the repair. If you decide against the repair, diagnostics cost 1,500 RSD, paid in advance when you drop off the device. If you decline the repair, you don't have to collect the device — if you wish, we can send it for free recycling.
