Xiaomi TV repair
Xiaomi TVs — older Mi TV models and the newer Xiaomi TV A, P and Q series — are bought for their good value and features, and run Android TV or Google TV. When they fail, the problem is most often the backlight, the power supply or the software on the main board. Before any repair you get an assessment of whether it's worth it for your model.

Common Xiaomi TV faults
Only the sound is left
The screen is black but the sound works — almost always a backlight problem. A torch test confirms the panel is fine, and then we replace the LED strips as a set.
System won't boot, stuck on the logo
The Xiaomi TV stays on the start-up screen, keeps restarting, or won't start after an update. We try a software recovery; if that fails, the main board memory is reprogrammed or the board is replaced.
Completely dead, no standby light
When there's no sign of life at all, the power supply has usually failed. We measure the output voltages and check whether the power fault has damaged anything else.
Remote, Wi-Fi and Chromecast
An unresponsive Bluetooth remote, voice search that doesn't work, or unstable Wi-Fi and Chromecast are usually sorted by re-pairing and updating. If the module is faulty, we replace it.
Where to find the Xiaomi model number
The model number is on the label at the back and in the menu, in the settings under About. Example: L55M7-EAEU — 55 is the screen size in inches, and the rest of the code identifies the series and model version. Since the same series is sold under different codes, we need the full code from the label to source parts.
FAQ — Xiaomi service
My Xiaomi TV got stuck after an update. Can it be fixed?
Usually, yes. If the system won't boot after an update, the problem is in the software or the main board memory, not the screen. A software recovery or reprogramming the board normally brings the TV back to life.
Is a cheaper Xiaomi TV worth repairing?
Replacing LED strips or the power supply is usually worth it, especially on 50 inches and above. If the screen is cracked or damaged, the repair generally costs as much as a new TV, and we'll tell you that before doing any work.
How long does a TV repair take?
Most faults are fixed within 1 to 3 working days. When a part has to be ordered from outside Serbia (e.g. a screen, mainboard or LED strips for less common models), the repair can take 5 to 15 days — in that case we offer you a loan TV to use until the repair is finished.
Do you give a warranty on repairs?
Yes, every repair comes with a warranty of at least 12 months, covering both the installed part and the labour.
Do you make home visits?
Yes! A call-out within Belgrade (up to a 10 km radius) costs 2,500 RSD; fault diagnostics are not included in this price. Only minor work can be done on site (resetting the device, software updates, setting it up...).
How much does diagnostics cost?
Diagnostics are free if you go ahead with the repair. If you decide against the repair, diagnostics cost 1,500 RSD, paid in advance when you drop off the device. If you decline the repair, you don't have to collect the device — if you wish, we can send it for free recycling.
