Frequently asked questions
How long does a TV repair take?
Most faults are fixed within 1 to 3 working days. When a part has to be ordered from outside Serbia (e.g. a screen, mainboard or LED strips for less common models), the repair can take 5 to 15 days — in that case we offer you a loan TV to use until the repair is finished.
Do you give a warranty on repairs?
Yes, every repair comes with a warranty of at least 12 months, covering both the installed part and the labour.
Do you make home visits?
Yes! A call-out within Belgrade (up to a 10 km radius) costs 2,500 RSD; fault diagnostics are not included in this price. Only minor work can be done on site (resetting the device, software updates, setting it up...).
How much does diagnostics cost?
Diagnostics are free if you go ahead with the repair. If you decide against the repair, diagnostics cost 1,500 RSD, paid in advance when you drop off the device. If you decline the repair, you don't have to collect the device — if you wish, we can send it for free recycling.
Is it worth repairing a cracked screen?
Replacing a cracked panel is the most expensive repair and for most models older than 5 years it usually isn't worth it. That's not always the rule, though — feel free to call us and take a minute to check the exact price for your model before you decide anything, because the repair may well turn out to be worth it.
Which TV brands do you repair?
We repair all brands: Samsung, LG, Philips, Sony, VOX, Tesla, Hisense, TCL, Toshiba, Grundig, Vivax, FOX, Sharp and others.
Do you offer transport of the device?
Of course. If you need your device transported within Belgrade, from your address to our workshop (within a 10 km radius), one-way prices are: - Devices up to 55 inches: 2,500 RSD - Devices from 56 to 75 inches: 4,500 RSD - Devices from 76 to 100 inches: 8,000 RSD * Floor surcharge: for buildings higher than 3 floors without a lift, there is a surcharge of 500 RSD per floor. * Transport outside Belgrade: we can also collect devices outside Belgrade — contact us so we can quote a price and agree on the details.
How do I get an exact repair price?
Take a photo of the rating label (with the model and serial number of the device) and send it to us. Describe the fault in as much detail as possible (how it happened and how it shows). For standard faults (cracked screen, blue picture, picture but no sound) you get the exact price within a few hours. If the fault needs detailed diagnostics, we will first inspect the device in the workshop and send you an exact quote. We only carry out the repair with your approval — because transparency comes first for us.
Do you provide repair quotes?
Of course! Before any work starts, we'll contact you and send an exact repair quote through your preferred channel (email, Viber, WhatsApp...). The agreed price is final and does not change!
Do I get a work order?
Of course! You receive two documents during the process: Intake work order – issued when you hand over the device and serves as proof of drop-off. Final work order – you receive it when you collect the device, and it contains a detailed specification of the work done.
Do you buy old or broken TVs?
Yes, we buy old or faulty TVs up to 7 years old. It's best to take photos of the device and send them to us together with the exact model and a description of its condition, so we can give you an accurate price estimate.
Can a TV be protected from lightning strikes?
Yes, a TV can be protected from lightning, and the safest and cheapest method is to unplug it completely during a storm and disconnect all devices from the TV. For automatic protection while you're away from home, specialised devices and systems are used.
What happens during a power surge or electrical shock?
During a power surge or electrical shock, the TV's power supply board takes the heaviest load and acts as a protective shield for the rest of the electronics. That's why this component fails first, successfully preventing the damage from spreading to more expensive parts such as the mainboard or the screen. In our service practice, the power supply board can be repaired successfully in about 80% of cases.
What's the best way to clean a TV screen?
For safe and effective screen cleaning we recommend only soft microfibre cloths that don't damage the panel's protective coating. Regular maintenance isn't just about wiping the glass, though — it's just as important to clean the ventilation openings used for passive cooling. Dust building up in the openings prevents proper heat dissipation, which can lead to overheating and shorten the lifespan of the TV's internal components.
Can I repair the TV myself?
As a user, the only things you can safely do are try a software reset, unplug the TV completely and disconnect all external devices. If the TV still doesn't work after that, we strongly advise you not to attempt a repair yourself. Opening a TV without professional training is extremely dangerous. You risk electric shock (components hold a charge even after being switched off), serious cuts and scattered glass if the screen cracks, as well as inhaling toxic fumes from improper soldering.
Do you only use original parts?
We always offer original parts first, but since they can often be too expensive, we also offer the option of repairing with proven, high-quality replacement parts. With them you get peace of mind and a warranty of at least 12 months.
Why won't my OLED finish its screen (pixel) refresh?
The pixel refresh process needs a stable voltage and a fully working screen in standby, which is currently impossible because of a hardware fault in your TV's power supply or screen. Without regular, successful pixel refreshes, an OLED screen is at high risk of permanent image retention (burn-in).
My OLED TV won't turn on until I unplug it — what should I do?
When a TV only turns on after being unplugged, it points to a hardware problem with the power supply or the mainboard. If this keeps happening, the fault will get worse over time and the device must be brought to the workshop for accurate diagnostics and repair.
How do I fix a blue picture on the screen?
A blue picture indicates worn-out backlighting, which produces unnatural light that strains and harms your eyes. This fault can't be fixed at home — it requires professional replacement of the LEDs in the workshop.
Can I bring the device to the workshop myself?
Of course! You can bring the device to our workshop in person during opening hours, no appointment needed.
What are your opening hours?
Weekdays (Monday – Friday): 09:00 to 19:00. During this time our repair, rental and standard support services are fully available. Saturdays: Customer service is available for all your enquiries, consultations and booking visits. We're closed on Sundays. If you need help or want to send an enquiry outside opening hours, you can write to us and we'll reply as soon as possible on the next working day.
Can I send the TV by courier?
Of course! You can send us the device with a courier of your choice, but you bear full responsibility for any breakage or damage in transit. You also choose the courier yourself and can insure the shipment if you want extra security.
How much exactly will the repair cost?
You can find an approximate price in the calculator, and you'll get the exact repair price after diagnostics.
Can the repair be done with a cheaper part?
Of course — depending on the condition of the device and the availability of parts, we offer several repair options: Original parts: Maximum reliability and a factory warranty. Replacement parts: A more affordable option of proven quality that lowers the cost. Used / refurbished components: An economical solution for older devices (if available).
Do I lose the warranty if the TV isn't mounted by an authorised service?
In most cases you don't lose the warranty if you mount the TV yourself or have it mounted by someone other than an authorised service.
Can I pay in instalments?
We don't offer instalment payments yet, but we're actively working on making it available soon!
Do you offer trade-ins (old for new)?
Unfortunately, we don't offer an “old for new” trade-in. Our main business is repairing and renting out devices.
What do we offer business customers?
We provide professional TV repair, rental and maintenance exclusively for companies. We adapt to your business deadlines and provide complete supporting documentation.
When is a repair not worth it?
A repair stops making economic sense once its price exceeds 70% of the value of a new TV with the same or better specifications. The assessment always compares devices of a comparable class and quality, not the absolute cheapest models on the market.
Is the repair done at my home?
We repair most faults in the workshop to keep the device safe. Home visits are mainly for diagnostics, minor software fixes, system resets and setting the device up.
Do you have a loan TV I can use while the repair is in progress?
Of course! While your device is being repaired you can use our loan TV. For easier and safer transport without the risk of damage, these are smaller-screen TVs.
Apps on the TV don't work or can't be updated?
We have a solution for that too... You don't have to buy a new TV! You can solve the problem in two ways: Replacing the mainboard – fitting a newer board restores the TV's factory functionality and brings new apps. Adding an Android Box – turns any TV into a modern Smart TV for a minimal investment.
How can I contact you or book a repair?
Tap the phone number in the site header to call us directly, or send us a message on Viber or WhatsApp.
How should I transport the TV to the workshop?
Place a clean towel or bubble wrap over the screen and wrap it in stretch film to protect it from scratches. It's safest to transport it upright, but if you have to lay it on its back, put a thick, even layer of soft padding underneath and drive very carefully to keep the panel from cracking under its own weight and vibrations.
